These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoL Fantasy mobile and web applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

LoL Fantasy is an independent fan project that provides League of Legends esports stats, patch information, a champion tier list, and a free fantasy mode. The Service is provided free of charge.

Not affiliated with Riot Games

LoL Fantasy isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and access devices secure.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us at giustino.jose.graterol@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to break, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the fantasy mode for real-money wagering, paid pools, or any form of gambling. The fantasy mode is free and for entertainment only.

Intellectual property

The Service's source code, user interface, and original content are owned by the LoL Fantasy team. League of Legends content, including champion names, ability names, art, and patch notes, belongs to Riot Games, Inc. Esports stats sourced from public databases (such as Leaguepedia) are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

Third-party data sources

Stats and champion data come from public esports sources, including Riot's Data Dragon CDN and the Leaguepedia Cargo API. We do our best to keep data accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoL Fantasy and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service or the Terms

We may change features of the Service or update these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
